Наш алгоритм роботи побудований так, щоб гарантувати бездоганний результат на кожному етапі співпраці:
Аналіз технічного завдання. Детально вивчаємо креслення, 3D-моделі або надані зразки замовника. Наші інженери допомагають підібрати оптимальну марку сплаву (чавуну чи сталі) з урахуванням умов експлуатації майбутньої деталі.
Проєктування та підготовка. Розробляємо технологію лиття та виготовляємо високоточну ливарну оснастку. Це гарантує відсутність дефектів та мінімізує припуски на подальшу механічну обробку.
Процес заливки металу. Плавка та заливка розплавленого металу у форми відбувається під суворим температурним контролем. Ми безперервно відстежуємо хімічний склад сплаву.
Вибивка та очищення. Після кристалізації та охолодження відливки звільняються від формувальної суміші, проходять ретельне очищення (зокрема дробеструминну обробку) та первинний контроль геометрії.
Механічна та термічна обробка (опціонально). Надаємо послуги повного циклу. За потреби виконуємо токарно-фрезерні роботи, термообробку для зняття внутрішньої напруги або підвищення міцності, а також наносимо захисні покриття.
Контроль якості та відвантаження. Кожна партія проходить фінальну перевірку (ВТК). Готова продукція надійно пакується та відправляється замовнику разом із необхідними сертифікатами якості.
