Our foundry meets the needs of key industries: energy, mechanical engineering, agriculture and construction. We fulfil individual orders based on customer drawings and ensure the uninterrupted production of large batches of parts.

Production stages: from drawing to finished part

Our work algorithm is designed to guarantee a perfect result at every stage of cooperation:

  1. Analysis of the terms of reference. We study in detail the drawings, 3D models or samples provided by the customer. Our engineers help to select the optimal alloy grade (cast iron or steel) based on the operating conditions of the future part.

  2. Design and preparation. We develop casting technology and manufacture high-precision casting tooling. This ensures the absence of defects and minimises allowances for further machining.

  3. The process of pouring metal. Melting and pouring of molten metal into moulds is carried out under strict temperature control. We continuously monitor the chemical composition of the alloy.

  4. Knockout and cleaning. After crystallisation and cooling, the castings are freed from the moulding compound, thoroughly cleaned (including shot blasting) and subjected to initial geometry inspection.

  5. Mechanical and heat treatment (optional). We provide full-cycle services. If necessary, we perform turning and milling operations, heat treatment to relieve internal stress or increase strength, and apply protective coatings.

  6. Quality control and shipping. Each batch undergoes a final inspection (QC). The finished products are securely packaged and sent to the customer along with the necessary quality certificates.
