Product catalogue: high-strength power line products
Our factory manufactures specialised components for coupling and securing insulating suspension units and wires, using certified grades of material high-strength cast iron (VCh 500-7, VCh 420-12) and steel:
1. Insulator caps (U70, U120 and U210 series)
Key components for assembling garlands of glass and porcelain insulators. The numerical markings indicate the minimum breaking load in kilonewtons (from 70 to 210 kN).
- U70 insulator cap: Weighs 0.7 kg, made from malleable cast iron VCh 420-12.
- U120 insulator cap: Weight: 0.95 kg; material: VCh 500-7.
- U210 insulator cap: The reinforced 2.0 kg cast iron model VCh 500-7.
2. Linear lugs (U1-7-16, U2-7-16)
Special linear coupling-type fittings that provide a flexible articulated connection between the insulator and other suspension components.
- Ear U1-7-16: A compact model weighing 0.62 kg (VH 420-12).
- Ear U2-7-16: The extended version, weighing 0.86 kg (model 420-12).
3. PGN hangers and brackets
They ensure that cables are securely and accurately fixed in the required position on the line supports. The brackets for the PGN support clamps weigh 1.0–1.2 kg and are cast from the VCh 500-7 alloy.
4. GPG balancing weights
Weights ranging from 0.8 to 3.2 kg, made from SC-20 grey cast iron. They are designed to effectively dampen vibrations caused by wind loads.
