We are absolutely flexible in our cooperation. We provide metalworking services for both customer-supplied raw materials (billets or rolled metal products) and parts cast at our own foundry.
To calculate the exact price and timeframe, we need a drawing of the part (or a 3D model) with all the dimensions, working tolerances, surface roughness requirements and material grade.
Quality is controlled at every stage. During production, the part undergoes intermediate measurements, and after all operations are completed, it undergoes strict final inspection (QC) using trusted high-precision measuring instruments.

To achieve a perfect result and meet deadlines, we work according to a clear process manual:
Analysis of drawings and requirements. Our process engineers carefully study the technical documentation, tolerances, roughness requirements and operating conditions of the part. The optimal sequence of operations is selected.
Preparation of the workpiece. We accept rolled metal products from customers or use our own castings. We ensure that the part is correctly positioned and securely fixed on the machine.
Mechanical processing. Directly performing turning, milling, drilling or grinding operations in accordance with the approved process map.
Dimensional and quality control. The Technical Control Department (TCD) rigorously checks the geometry and quality of the machined surfaces using precision measuring tools.
Finishing preparations. If necessary, chamfering, deburring, surface finishing and preparation of the part for protective coatings (painting) or assembly are performed.
Transfer to the customer. The finished products are securely packaged for safe transportation and shipped to the customer along with the necessary supporting technical documentation.
