Для досягнення бездоганного результату та дотримання термінів ми працюємо за чітким технологічним регламентом:
Аналіз креслень та вимог. Наші інженери-технологи ретельно вивчають технічну документацію, допуски, вимоги до шорсткості та умови експлуатації деталі. Підбирається оптимальна послідовність операцій.
Підготовка заготовки. Приймаємо металопрокат замовника або використовуємо власні відливки. Проводиться правильне базування та надійна фіксація деталі на верстаті.
Механічна обробка. Безпосереднє виконання токарних, фрезерних, свердлильних чи шліфувальних робіт згідно із затвердженою технологічною картою.
Контроль розмірів і якості. Відділ технічного контролю (ВТК) здійснює сувору перевірку відповідності геометрії та якості оброблених поверхонь за допомогою точного вимірювального інструменту.
Фінішна підготовка. За потреби виконується зняття фасок, задирок, доведення поверхонь та підготовка деталі до нанесення захисних покриттів (фарбування) або збірки.
Передача замовнику. Готова продукція надійно пакується для безпечного транспортування та відвантажується клієнту разом із необхідною супровідною технічною документацією.
